2009, is now publisher of tED magazine. Riley, who spent nearly 20 years
as publisher of Industrial Distribution magazine, replaces Michael Martin,

BSE’S GILLETTE BRANCH MANAGER—when Border States Electric acquired
Minnesota Electric Supply in 2007, one of the assets that came along with
material things was Jason King, who came to work at that company
in June 2005. In November 2010, he graduated from the BSI Management Trainee
program. Now, BSE has named him branch manager in Gillette, Wyo. |
REXEL SA’S MANAGEMENT BOARD CHAIR—Jean-Charles Pauze is now chairman
of Rexel SA’s management board. Earlier this month, he was named as a candidate
(subject to shareholder approval) for a spot on the supervisory board of the
company CFAO.
WERNER NAMES MEYER—Eric Meyer is now product manager of clean
energy products for Werner Electric Supply. He’s worked in the electrical industry
for 10-plus years. From Meyer: “As a distributor, we will be able to not only
sell the products but also able to support design systems, calculate payback,
and, in some cases, train electricians on installation of the systems.”

WINWHOLESALE NAMES ATWELL—WinWholesale named Mike Atwell
as area leader in the Eastern region. Based in Elizabethtown, Ky., Atwell
will be responsible for 55 Win companies in six states, including some operating
under the Winlectric name. Most recently, he was president of Winnelson
in Elizabethtown for the past seven years. He joined WinWholesale in 1993.

WOMACK NAMES CEO—Ray Womack, a 38-year electrical industry
veteran, has been named CEO of Womack Electric Supply (Burlington, N.C.).
Most recently, he was vice president. He went to work at the family-owned

EGS NAMES HARRINGTON—Lauren Harrington, who most recently was
PR manager for USA Team Handball (U.S. Olympic Committee unit), is now marketing
communications specialist for EGS Electric Group.
ILSCO ADDS CSR—Tony Algeri comes to ILSCO from General Cable,
where he was inside sales representative for major accounts; he’ll be a customer
service representative for the Southern region.
L-COM’S NEW SALES CHIEF—Marie Walling is now director of USA
sales for L-Com. Her 20-year background includes time at Tyco Electronic and,
most recently, General Cable, where she was a regional sales manager.

added Dave Mullen, who has 26 years of experience, and Ron Kotwica,
who has 15 years of experience. Mullen will be senior product manager for
fiber systems; he spent 15 years with Deutsch, Stratos Lightwave, and Emerson
Connectivity Solutions. Kotwica worked for the disaster recovery unit at
SunGard Availability Services for the past 10 years; he’ll be a data center
engineer. |

MORSE HIRES KARLIS—Scott Karlis has joined M.K. Morse as
a national sales manager for the commercial division. He brings 15-plus
years of experience within the tool business. |
ROCKWELL FILLS TWO SVP POSTS—on April 1, Blake Moret becomes
senior vice president of Rockwell Automation’s control products and solutions
segment, and Frank Kulaszewicz will be the senior vice president of the
architecture and software arms, according to Reuters. These appointments, the
wire service item claimed, are a start “the process for grooming an eventual
successor to Chief Executive Keith Nosbusch.”
Kulaszewicz, to be based in Singapore, has been vice president
and general manager of the Control and Visualization business. He succeeds Steve
Eisenbrown, who will become the senior vice president of strategic development.
Morat has been vice president/general manager of customer support
and maintenance in control products since late 2007. He takes the place of Bob
Ruff, who will be president of Asia-Pacific operations.

STAHLIN’S NEW CONTROLLER—Thomas Gambon, who brings with
him more than 30 years of financial management and accounting experience,
is the new division controller at Stahlin Non-Metallic Enclosures. Most
recently, Gambon was CFO of Humphrey Products. |
TRANSITION TO SADURA—Seweryn Sadura is now vice president and
general manager of Transition Networks (unit, Communications Systems). This,
the company said, will allow William Schultz “to focus more heavily on
his role as executive vice president for Communications Systems.” Sadura has
worked for the company as director of China operations in Shanghai for the past
three years.

Emerson—R.B. Horton and V.R. Loucks Jr. retired
from the company’s board as of Feb. 1.
Interline Brands—Ernest Jacquet, a founding member of
this company’s board, told Interline that he’s stepping down from his spot on
its board effective with the 2011 Annual Meeting. Reason: He wants to focus
on being chairman of the board at Passport Brands.
Littelfuse—Gordon Hunter, who is this company’s chair,
president, and CEO, is now a member of the board of directors of CTS, which
makes electronic components and sensors.
