Hires at Leff Electric

John
Lorince has been hired as marketing manager for Leff Electric. Lorince has more than 18 years of experience in marketing
and communication. He joins Leff Electric from Pickwick & Frolic Restaurant
& Club where he worked as the director of marketing and public relations.
Lorince also worked in marketing at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and was the
associate executive director at the Children's Museum of Cleveland. |
 Paul Popovich |
Paul
Popovich has been hired as an outside sales associate for Leff
Magnum Wire & Cable division. Popovich has a background in low voltage data
sales. According to a company news release, in his new role, Popovich "will be
responsible for developing sales of low voltage wire and cable in Northeast
Ohio and Western Pennsylvania."

Board Appointments
CRS Board of Directors: Bernard Erickson is one of
three new members recently appointed to the board of directors at CRS
Electronics Inc., an LED lighting manufacturer and developer. Erickson is the
division manager at Facilities Solutions Group (FSG), a company he joined in
2006 after it purchased O.K. Electric Supply Company. Erickson was the
president and CEO at O.K. Electric Supply at the time. According to LEDs Magazine, FSG is “a
national distributor of top-brand lighting and electrical products and the 18th largest electrical contractor in the United States.”

Recently Deceased
Bernard Albury, of Tampa, Fla., died on Oct. 22.
According to the Tampa Tribune, Albury worked as a salesman at Graybar
and at Westinghouse before starting his own company, B & E Electrical
Supply. Albury’s company was the first African American electrical company ever
established in Tampa. Albury leaves behind his wife and five children.
