IDEAL Industries has named Matthew Barrett as national account manager for the company's electrical division.
Barrett has 16 years of sales and channel experience. Before joining IDEAL, he led the North American channel & alliance partners and marketing strategy for Zebra Technologies. Prior to his time with Zebra, Barrett was the senior global channel marketing manager for Panduit.
In his new role with IDEAL, Barrett will be responsible for leading the business development strategy to expand IDEAL's portfolio of national key accounts. He will report directly to Joe Saganowich, IDEAL's vice president of sales and marketing.
