Rexel has acquired Delamano and Etil—two companies based in Brazil.
With these acquisitions, along with the company's purchase of Nortel Suprimentos Industriais in January 2011, "Rexel becomes a leader in the Brazilian market and No.1 in the state of Sao Paulo," according to a news release.
Rexel has gained combined annual sales of c. €100 million with the purchases of Delamano and Etil.
Both acquisitions will be consolidated as from Jan. 1, and will be accretive from the first year.
