The Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources considers legislation relating most closely to the electrical industry.
Any bills relating to electrical product efficiency standards or product disposal are under the jurisdiction of the Energy Committee.
If one of your Senators (or a Senator from a state where you have a significant footprint) is a member of this committee – you should get to know them and offer to act as an information resource on electrical issues.
