Green Energy Firm Buys Electrical Contractor
Green Energy Live (with stock in public hands; you can check
on it with symbol GELV.OB) has signed a letter-of-intent to purchase Peck Electric
(South Burlington, Vt.).
On its website, Peck says it employs “50 to 60” electricians;
in the release, Jeff Peck, president, claimed the company had $6 milllion in
2009 revenue. There is a solar tab among
Peck’s few site pages.
No info was provided on the price paid.
Note: The last trade on Fri. March 5 for GELV.OB stock was 1.36
cents.
