The TED TechRoom Web Popularity Report is published monthly and measures the search engine optimization of NAED distributor and manufacturer member websites. The rankings are based on the number of inbound links coming to a company’s main website address (only one main URL or other designated address is used for each company). The ranking is determined by collecting inbound link numbers from multiple search engines including Google, MSN, Yahoo, AltaVista and AlltheWeb.
For the month of July, 2009, American Light finished in top distributor spot and Littelfuse came in at the top of the list for manufacturers. See the “Top 5” in each category below, and click on the link for the full ranking of nearly 400 distributor sites and 200 manufacturer sites.
